RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Each item is custom-made once an order is placed. Due to our products' unique nature, any approved return will only be issued in store credit.

2. Returns and exchanges due to the wrong size, color, or change of heart are not supported. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To process a reprint or a refund, we require a photo clearly showing the defect(s) of the product.

3. At this time we're unable to process refunds for international orders (placed outside of the United States).

4. All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
